The factory sells them and can be ordered from any BH dealer. But don't know if they will bolt up to a Kannon?

I have the harley type windshield and quick disconnect brackets I will sell if the fork is the same as the late model Boss. If you want to call me on my cell tonight after 6 CST I can measure and compare. The brackets are the same as new. The windshield has a rub mark where I had bag. I've got a small windshield from my Kannon I'll sell

I've got enough bikes with windshields, my Kannon came with a small sporty shield and 4 big billet clamps that fit the forks.
I wish I could post a pic, but I don't have the attention span to go to the faqs and figure it out.
