Well, I laid a lot of rubber on Saturday. My two wheeler and the wifes Trike were the only Bosses at this rally in Tomahawk, Wi. Must have been 50-60,000 bikes there. I need more support next year..I can't handle all the attention.....anyway....we're leaving this bar, a bunch of guys are standing around when I get ready to get on the bike , this guy is shaking his head in awe at the bike, we did some small talk, how bigs the gas tank,is it hard to ride, etc. etc. then he pops this one.....(any one else heard this?) he says..."I heard you have to start the engine up in order to get it off the kickstand" I'm like, whatda mean..."I heard they were so heavy you needed the torque of the engine to get it off the kickstand". I invited him to sit on my bike and stand it up..he was to chicken so I got on and said watch this...no hands I pushed it a little with my leg and it was upright. (he didn't notice the big flat tire I just put on, the thing stands up by itself if ya walk in front of it with an ice cream cone!) WOW!! he goes. Anyway..I haven't heard this one before...... 8) Steve

steve, it would be cool to have this thread continue with the stupid stuff we have heard about these bikes, from "i heard the gas boils in the tank" to others. once i overheard a couple guys talking about my bike and one said man i bet it hauls ass and the other that had a stock harley nightrain said "nah its an automatic" i was hoping to catch him out on the road later. haha.

I talked to the factory guys several times about where to stay, and they
clam the best place is Dyersberg, at the Best Western or the one Mike
is staying in.

I understand the Casino is small in comparison to others, and rumor
has there will be a shuttle back and forth to Dyersberg??

But then again, I know you like to be in bed by 7pm,,,,,,,,just like LaCrosse..........heehee.
