these are the tank tabs i made to deal with the problem of the paint getting messed up from taking tank off and on and i made the rear set longer so i can raise the rear of the tank on the 2001 model a little higher than stock. they are show chromed but about all you can see if my fingerprints,you can see larger pics of these in photo album under V8BossHoss :roll:

You beat me to it Bro I've been talking about doing that ever since I got my bike because my paint is all messed up there. The I desided I was going to repaint anyway so what I will do then is tig weld some stainless tabs over the top of the stock taps and just tape them off when I go to paint.
