Hello Everyone,
I just bought my first boss 2003 dealer demo 350 from chopper city in MN.I would like to know what tire/rim combos I can install on my stock rear end? Also any recommendations for an Insurance Co.? Would also like to meet riders in my area,South Jersey,I also own an American Ironhorse Tejas.I do alot of the local runs.

I also just bought an 03 small block. I have been unable to locate any replacement wheels other than just chrome in the same size. Seems we are stuck with the Avon tire. I have heard that our wheels can be made wider. But the selection of 15 inch tires is limited.

Let me know if you find anything, I am going to order a tire groover tool and try to get a better tread design.

I grooved my Avon like this and it has worked very well.

Hey guys,

If you're looking for different rims, they are available from both Chopper City and Mountain Boss Hoss. They both have 18" rims for front and rear. Chopper City manufactures theirs and Mountain Boss Hoss markets another brand. Both have matching pulleys. I think they are about the same in price, about $1000 each.
