I have used the FS-120 fan switch for 3 years. It always turns the fan on at 195 and off at 180. During this rebuild I replaced the 2000 wiring harness with the 2004 version (don't ask me why because it has just been a pain in the ass) which required that I use a relay for the fan switch which I never used before but I know many of you do.
Now the fan still turns on at 195 but shuts off at 190 instead of 180! WHY??? I didn't touch the switch itself and the only change has been the relay. Can someone explain??...Joe
