Gentlemen:

I just checked the web site for the "Hot Rod Power Tour" that was suppose to be coming through the Lake of the Ozarks area a few days
before the rally.

However, for whatever reason, they moved the location for the stop
on Monday June 7-8th to Springfield Mo which is about 1.5 hours away
from the Lake of the Ozarks.

If motel rooms are available, it would be great to get a group together
in Springfield for Mon and Tuesday morning and then head to Tan-Tara.

Would be a great start to another Great Rally.

Anybody game??

We're going to be in Branson for a couple days before the rally, I think we're planning to head back to Osage on Monday or Tuesday morning.

We'll stop in Springfield on the way back up. Just let us know where everyone is hangin' out.

It appears that the hot rod show gets into Springfield about noon or so on Monday, then leaves about 9 or so Tuesday morning....they are going to Osage Beach for they're lunch stop 11 to 2.

It has been raining here for about 2 straight weeks With the exception of a couple hours here and there, it has sucked. The only good thing about the crappy weather is I got to spend about 30 hours on my motorhome, trailer and bikes this weekend getting ready for the rally. Never even got the bikes started through the whole weekend :twisted: :evil:

Oh well, looks like the long term forecast for Mo is low to mid 80's and a chance of showers each day (just like last year). Sounds llike Mon & Tues are going to be gorgeous for the Hot Rod Power Tour.

:roll: I'm with you Grump. We've had 3 days of sunshine in the last 45 days!!! I can't wait to get the hell outta here. I know the minute I get in my truck and head South, the weather up here will turn beautiful!! Never fails. We're heading out on Tuesday and be there Wednesday, early afternoon ( if I get out of bed early enough! ). YAHOOOOOOEEEEEE!!!! Steve

We had planed to leave in the AM but the area we go through is so hot I am going to pull out tonight about 8 PM so I can miss some of the super hot stuff.
Sure looking forward to seeing all you guys to do some good riding and bench racing if it is raining.

It's gonna be a good time :lol: Sure sounds like a good crowd coming this year numbers wise and a lot coming in early.

Been watching the weather for Mo all day and the rain chances stay in the 30% to 50% range.......just about the same as last year........but temps in the 80's.

Steve, they said this morning was the 11th consecutive day of rain for us. There was only a one day break before that, and I think the run was 15 days before. Natives are getting ugly

This will be the first Boss Hoss Rally I have missed since day one . I'm going to miss seeing all you guys but I've just got to many irons in the fire right now . Have a great time and be careful .

Jack....Neal & Beth are already talking about the Cricket Sunday afternoon so I'm pretty sure it'll be a wet week. :capwin:

Would be nice if you guys could come play with us. But I would bet you'll be having a good time in Laconia as well. Hopefully next year we can all get together again. Maybe the rally could be in Ohio or someplace. What the hell, I haven't been to Pa for a long time either

Our House sold in 2 days for our asking price and we have found a place we want to buy . Both deals are in the process as I speak . Should know for sure if they are a done deal by the end of the week .
