Damn, after 2 hours trying to find out which gaskets are the
right ones, I'm confused like hell. Gen I, Gen II, Gen III...
port size, port shape, thicker, thinner, lots of different materials....
I give up. :?:

Is anyone able to tell me for sure which gaskets fit PERFECT for a ZZ4? I would need a Summit part #.

Thanks for any help,

Loaf

This is the correct Chevrolet part number 12525810, $20.62 from Sallee Chevrolet in Oregon.

Adrian,
I have to order a couple of other parts at Summit anyways, so I would rather order the gaskets there, too - if I could only find the right ones out of the 165.000 different gaskets they sell for a 350 Chevy. That would save me the doubled shipping costs and international handling fee, which is usually pretty high.

Thanks,
Loaf

PS: are you really sure on the part #?
I can't find it at Sallee's site.
This is what I got:

"SALLEE CHEVROLET - PARTS AND PRICES SEARCH RESULTS:"
"You Searched For: 12525810"
"Your search found zero records, please try again."

Hi Olaf, I used the Felpro #1204's, Geezer gave me that number years ago. I just hope I remembered it right.

I just ordered the H.O.T. cam with 1.6 Crain roller rockers, with the gaskets and frt timing cover.
The rockers cost $269
Cam was $198
That is where I got the part number. I notice that Summit's cost on the rockers are higher so check these guys out.

Summit Part # FPP-1204
Yeeehaaa! That's what I needed, Mike! Now I'm ready to place my order. :D

Adrian, I know there are some dealers out there who are cheaper
than Summit, but the customer service and the ability to find all parts
online, and order by just a couple of clicks let me stick with Summit.
Summit is the easiest way to order parts for us international customers.
If I would order a new engine, then I would order it at Sallee I think.
But most of my current orders are lots of small parts.

Thank you both for helping,
Loaf

PS: Mike, did you used the included cork end strips which come with the
gasket set? Or did you sealed front and rear of the intake the traditional
way - with a bead of silicone sealer?

Hi Olaf, To me the cork was packing material. I thew it in the trash with the rest of it.

I used the silicone.
