Can anyone get me in the right direction for a trailer hitch, I made some calls and cant seem to find one or where to go. Thanks

Take a look at the hitch at:

I can't vouch for the company or the quality since I have not dealt with them, but it certainly is a hitch option for the Boss.

I have never seen a hitch mounted that way and I would think it would be real hard on the trailer seeing there is no suspension to suck up the bumps. :roll:

You didn't say whether you have the hard bags or not. If so, these folks can make you a hitch using the frame your hard bags are mounted on. Otherwise, the DS custom is the only other one I know of. Some where I saw a trailer tongue where there was a dampner built into the tongue of the trailer to help with the bumps etc. Maybe someone else knows, or if I run across it again I can post it.

Thanks, I don't have any saddle bags and I was told that the factory used to offer a hitch but not now due to liability reasons, I'm thinking maybe someone has one of those kicked up in the corner of the shop somewhere. Don't really need it till august so I'll hang in there and see what turns up. Thanks, Dave

but I have an extra trailer hitch for a BH bike.
