If you mean the Sanderson's with the collector type extension, Milwaukee Boss Hoss has a picture of a 406 small block with them on their web site.

The headers are 4 into 2 into 1 that is a 2 and 1/2" pipe out the back. The 4 to 2 are just below the current flange location then the 2 make the bend and come back to the edge of the tranny to make the final 2 into 1.
The set that Milwaukee has sure looks to low.
