Here are a couple pics of the Sanderson Headers that my Buddy put on his 02 Smallblock today........They are actually made for a Chevy Vega when you put a small block in it.....
He had to make a couple changes and will have to go back to his stock avon to give his bike a little more height so he won't scrape the Headers in the corners...
I rode his bike before and when I drove it today it really came alive with the Headers and SOUNDS DAMN GOOD!!!!........For $550.00 and that includes the Ceramic coating,I think they are a pretty good deal...

Oh Yea.....Our standard header covers will work but the rivets have to be drilled out and the 2 clamps have to be redrilled about 2 inches from where they are now and moved.

Is there a noticable performance change and, if so, where in the RPM curve? The reduced ground clearance is a bit of a bummer since I don't think the bike has nearly enough with the stock headers and pipes. They are mean lookig , however..Joe

I'll probably end up with a set of those Headers on Mine...My Boss sits about 3 1/2 inches higher than his 02......The factory lowered all the new ones for some reason.....Another guy I ride with down here has a 99 Boss with NOS and I think he's going to get a set also...Was thinking about buying a new Boss but the only thing Ive done to mine in over a year was change out the fuse block,she's just running to good and after all the time and money on the Motor and stuff it's just hard to sell her......I think I said the same thing about the Valk before I sold her...huh...

Cool looking headers.......but as low as mine sits, they'd be like two sided kickstands :lol:

I never did try Marvs tri-y header setup. Never heard a set on a bike and I'm not sure what I'd do with another 20 hp anyhow :?
