Email Notification is installed now.
Email notification has now been added to this site thanks to Mellow 
If you click on your "Profile" and scroll down till you see "Preferences" you will notice that there is a new place where you can tell it to send emails of this board to you. It will read like this:
Email the messages from these forums to me:
Sends an email when someone posts a new topic or replies to a topic in a forum. This can be changed (turned on and off) by editing your profile here.
Just click the "yes" radio button and then all the message posted on this site will be emailed to you. Just go back into your profile to turn this feature off.
You can not reply to a message from the email but you can click on the link in the email and it will take you right to that message and then you can reply. Remember you need to be "logged in" to post a message.
