This what I was doing in 1963 thro 1967. We built this car in '63 as a unblown Fuel Dragster and ran 168 MPH. Had a 90 pound fly wheel so it wouldn't bog so bad. The engine was a 354 Chrysler and Algon injectors. In 64 we built a 392 and went for the brass ring which was always a little harder to get to. I owned and drove the car and my Pal Tanko owned the engine. I have made a bunch of good passes and also some lousy ones.
My biggest race was against Don Garlits at Lodi in 1965 New Years day, Lead him all the way but the blower left the car just before the lights.
The bottom picture is yours truly.
