I met one Boss Hoss guy but I forgot his name. He sells this BIG motorhomes and has a 2000 Boss. I guess he knows Carb Mike. He said something about him riding through a corn field.
I'll take some pics if I see anything cool. I can tell you this, Choppers are the rage 8)

Lamont,
It was good to see you at the show. Yep, choppers were definitely the rage this year along with the little pocket (mini) bike versions. The VTX chopper was sharp!

I suggested to Rad from the BH factory that maybe Orange County should do a Boss chopper! He said Monte has been toying with the idea of doing one himself.

Interesting that Big Brute and Kannon were not there this year.

Hey Dave,

Teresa and I were at the dealer show Saturday. Wish we had seen you. Saw Lamont at the Boss Hoss booth. We only had about 5 hours to spend and I know we missed some things. Talking to Doug from the factory for a while. I believe that Boss Hoss is in for the long haul unlike some of the other "chopper guys" trying to cash in on a new fad.

We need to get together for a dinner or something when ever you guys are around. I might even buy.

Bill
Hey Lamont,

Did you have a VTX there with the wide rear kit from Kurt Peterson?? He is the guy who painted mine & Wags Bosses.....last time I talked to him I mentioned you when he showed me the latest version of the kit, suggesting that he contact you and he said he had met you and the rest of the guys in your group already. Small world, Huh?

Yep, Kurt has the booth right across from us. We sell a lot of his product. We had our VTX chopper at the booth too. Had a good group of folks checking it out.

That is beautiful and so is the chopper. Looks like the same paint job as your Boss. Are you building those choppers? Do you have any other pictures of the Choppers and where are they at?

I had very little to do with building this bike other than a few brackets and input on how it should look. I did get to help put it together. :D You can read all about it here.

Lamont,

Well now I know why my paint is late....again

I'll bet you had a lot of folks looking at your booth....did anyone actually see the VTX though??

Nice looking Honda

Tim
Nice set of jugs on that bike . They look like they could be polished ?
Lamont,

How many of these boards are you running???

Looks like a full time job by itself.

I run six boards right now not counting the web stores I run. This one is just for fun :D The rest are work and a little bit of fun mixed in. ;) BigBikeRiders is a fun site too. :)
Bill,
Sorry we missed you! We were there about 5-6 hours on Sat and another 3-4 on Sun. Didn't know you were going to be there or we would have made plans to hook-up.
Lamont

I am not a Honda fan BUT that is SWEET! Those guys really did a great job on customizing, glad to see them get attention for it - they certainly do deserve it!
Lamont,

I guess I'm a fan of anything done well. I have had the chance to see the kit Kurt developed for the VTX on his bike and raw, and I have to admit that I woulds rather have him finish my ****, but he does nice work. I'd have one of those VTXs' just for ****s & giggles. They really do have the right look.

The yellow is obviously a favorite though...as are the nicely endowed models
