Hello all, its been awhile since I posted here , but have been lurking all along. I have a overheating problem with the 2004 Brembo rear brakes. I know there is an easy fix, that is a "spacer" or a heat tranfer reducer that goes in the piston between the pad. Does anyone have a line on these? Would much appreciate. Just got rid of the last Boss and am working on anouther "project" plan, will keep you posted. Ride well and keep the rubber side down.

Answering my own question

Well found the part myself , so Ill post an answer to my own question just FYI. If you have the new Brembo rear brake set ,(only the first make 2004) , and are experiencing brake fade after a bit of riding you may want to get a set of these. They are ceramic inserts, they kinda look like a little pine cone with flat ends, it goes inside the brake piston(cup) behind the pad. It disapates the heat transfered from the pad and rotor to the fluid in the caliper. Again just FYI . Thanks.
