Hello, to everyone,
I will introduce my self, I'm Chad Roy. I live in Vassalboro Maine with my lovely wife and two childeren. I own a 1993 Boss Hoss 350 (clutched)
I found this web site a few days ago linked up from bosshossct. site .
I cant belive that with all the on line surfing I do its taken me 4 years to find a web sit dedicated to my motorcycle addiction, but now to my topic.
I'm going to Americade again this year and I was wondering if anyone else
from this site is going ?????

Welcome!!! You will find this site a treasure! There are so many here that know these bikes in and out, and if you have a question(s) they will be more than happy to answer. I only wish I were knowledgeable enough to answer some of the questions I have saw posted here... But it a place you can come for fellowship, and friendly,knowledgeable people. to V8BikeRiders Chad. I live in Berwick, ME, I think Vassalboro is near Augusta? That should put you around 100 miles maybe a little better North of me. Lots of good people here on this site with tons of information they don't mind sharing!

Don't plan to do Americade but we do ride the "Americade" area every year ... just not during the event. ( I have a slight twitch in my right hand that sometimes causes the rear wheel to spin and smoke ... the LEO's working the event don't understand ... it's a MEDICAL condition! )

WELCOME Chad i have a camp at greeley landing on lake sebec out side of DOVER_FOXCROTH. I ride up in that area quite a bit. i do americade and on to laciona then greeley. hope to ride with you .

What about you New York Riders!! I have not heard a word from one of you yet .
I hope that the past Americade's hadn't left any bad fellings on any one .
I think it's going to be a great time this year with the Factory coming and Stamford Boss Hoss and Bennington. It's time we as Boss Hoss owners Make our presants Known at Americade. :cop2: Not like that!
I have been talking to Debbi at Stamford and Trying to find a good time for her and the Factory to set up a ride. As of right know it looks like it will start at the Factory Demo Ride area (this would be across for were Leman trikes was set up last year in the Rebok outlet parking lot on rt.9)
Departture will be once the demo rides are over and things get packed up for the night.( about 500 pm or a little later ) on ThurseDay .The rest of the details haven't been worked out yet but i will keep everyone informed as we go . Note this ride will be a none Americade event (since they wont recognize Boss Hoss at their event ).
This is a free ride unlike an Americade ride. It will be a bunch of people with v8's on the mind .

We ride day trips to Americade as we see good weather or time off.

I ride with two other Boss Hoss small block guys!

We are from Vergennes, VT about 20 miles south of Burlington.

We are about 1.5 hours from Lake George and it is a beautful ride!

I live in Vassalboro Maine . That's about 3.5 hours north of Boston,just out side of Augusta . I would like to get together with some N.E. V8 bikeriders and meet if your planing a trip north give me a shout. Thanks to this web site I'm already planning to meet up with V-Man in the OOB area and trying to meet up with Gizmo some time after Laconia and also at Americade.

It's Great to Hear that Americade will have a good turn out of V8 Bikes this year. I can't wait to ride in a group . The most Boss Hoss I've riden with is two ,(my self and Bernie aka my Dad who also drives a 1993 Boss) . When Americade get closer I'll send all who are going my cell # so we can all meet up. Bernie and I are arriving mid-morning on Wed. Day
and leaving Sun Day morning.
