It's a small group as MC groups go but it's a good group. :D Glad this thing is still alive and well and we seem to be adding new members that are both V8 owners and those who soon will be. 8) Hope to see some of you guys in Daytona. 8)

I am really wanting to speed up my buying of a 2002 or newer Boss. I added the GL1800 last summer and sold my 1600 Vulcan after a test ride on a Hoss. AWESOME!!! Sold the Vulcan the same week. Felt like a toy. Anyway I hope to get the Hoss this year but next spring at the latest. Wifey says no payments. Oh well I get to lurk here and get good info. See you on the Gl1800 site too. Hey.
Robing banks works well if your good at it. It could get you into the seat of a Boss sooner than expected. Or have your wife work 3 jobs..this is a double wammy here, cause it also frees up more time for you to ride. Steve
Thanks Lamont

Thanks for all of the hard work you do to keep the web site going although it's your fault I got started with the BH disease anyway. For those that don't know, I saw Lamont's BH at a Valkyrie rally in Zanesville, Ohio a couple of years ago and caught the bug. Sold the Valk and bought a BH from MBH within 3 months. Meeting you cost me over $30K. Not sure I can afford friends like you much longer :) . See you at bike week if not before.
xoxox,
Conrad

PS Still didn't put the #7 in. Can't find anyone around Cleveland to do it so I'll trailer to MBH or have Marv do it at Bike week if he goes.
Re: Thanks Lamont

You wern't the first Valkyrie guy I converted. ;) You have a great looking bike Conrad and it fits you well. Hope you enjoy it for many years to come. 8)

This site is a labor of love for me, it's not work. ;)

I too have to join in with this sentiment. I had to sell my VTX because of Lamont's Boss lurking around with the VTX's at the rallies. I was perfectly satisfied with my bike and then Lamont just HAD to show off his Boss. Cost me a lot of money also. I wonder just how many people Lamont has effected this way.
Good to know that there are others out there that have drank the "grapejuice". Got a balmy 17 degrees here in Toronto today but plummetting to -8 to -10 over night. Now that's just cruel, don't ya think! I'm not even going to peek at the Boss in case I crumble and take it out of hibernation! Hoping all you guys in the south know just how lucky you are!!!
Had fun riding in this am! Was about 40 and the 28 mile ride was refreshing!!! The heat this monster puts off only let smy face and fingers get cold! Will be riding tomorrow as it's our Friday off! Going to TBH among other places because they are their!!! :biker3:
It's colder than a well diggers ass up here!!!!! It was -37 C at my place when I got up this morning. You guys from Florida should come up here for a holiday sometime soon.
Bryan,
I guess I shouldn't complain. Compared to your temps I guess I'm in the Banana belt here in southern Ontario. By the way, have you given any thought to a 502 sometime in the future. I'm thinking about it....
Doc, no thoughts of a 502 yet. I've gone to the #7 converter, a K&N filter with the extreme top and a car tire will be on it soon. If we ever get some warm weather I'll start riding it and see if it gets the blood pumping harder. I'm sure it will. Then if I get bored by the end of next summer I'll install a bottle next winter to get the blood pumping again. I plan to keep this bike for quite a while. But you never know, things change.
Notact, here is THE secret to getting a BH really fast!

1.Divorce your wife
2.Get rid of the kids
3.Refinance your house and get a BH of your dreams.

hahahahahaahh. Seems like this is the accidental route I went. Thank you ex wife for giving me this opportunity to get a BH. hahahah.
