I have used the same pc 680 for over 5 years and now it is getting week . 6 volts aprox when turning over but still has 13+ amps with no load. My battery has 220 cold cranking amps (CCA) printed on it. Now all I can Find is a PC 680 with 170 CCA and a number of bad reviews about the battery failing. Has anyone bought one of these in 2017 or 2018 and how is it. I have a 2002 350 bike. I found only one thread on the internet about the change. My other question is re lithium ion batterys as a replacement .
I put another PC 680 in. My old one was in since 2012. I fabricated a storage space in the space left over from the original pc 925 and dont want to give it up. The new battery is about 3/16 of an inch shorter. It cranks the engine over like crazy and so far after a day of riding am quite happy. So now time will tell.
I use the Odyssey PC1200MJT.
It is close to the dimensions of
the original battery from 2001.
This battery has plenty of power
to run all my "stuff" (strobes. wig-wags..etc).
I am sure the 680 or 925 will do you just fine.
Bill
