Default How to look up factory parts for Boss Hoss

If you need to look up factory Boss Hoss Parts...... http://www.bosshoss.com/parts.asp In order to login.... you must enter a valid VIN # from a Boss Hoss and click enter. Once in ..... if you double click on most part numbers.....it will show you a picture of the part (If available) which certainly helps with part identification.

You can then order through any dealer.

    Hope this helps.

This works pretty good most of the time but some of us want a lower cost product thhan what the factory provides or something we can purchase locally. In my current example I could use a new air filter and the BH sight lists two examples for my vin #:

2620210 Air Filter Reusable (Not used
in production) ADVANCED FLOW ENGINEERING BRAND Very similar to K&N brand,
    6.75 OD X 5.5 ID X 2.5 HIGH

2620216 LS Air Filter Cone Small White
    2012 / UP

Anybody know of a cross reference number for the part?

    Thanks for any assistance, John

This is how I get into the site.
I copy my Vin number and leave it on the my mouse. Then click the link below and off you go.
This is not my Vin number but it looks just like it.

Windows will usually "remember" the VIN # for you, it will pop up once you enter the first number again. [A one (1)]

Understand the logic behind getting parts for cheaper ,,, but why not pay a few dollars extra and support the very few struggling dealers in business ( and the factory) ,,, if they go ,,, we are gone ,,, my 2 cents ,,,

So the site is not working. I am in need of a new gas cap. The cap is leaking gas and I hate to waste that higher priced gas. I looked at other gas caps at the auto shop store but I am not sure witch one will work best.
